Ashley is a Transformational Coach for LINC. Prior to joining the LINC team, Ashley was a 5th & 6th-grade math teacher in Baltimore City, MD. She considers herself a pedagogical problem-solving cheerleader for educators everywhere, helping teachers shift their focus from lecturer to facilitator of learning, and putting students at the heart of the classroom.

Charity Dodd is a Transformation Agent for LINC, the Learning Innovation Catalyst. Before joining LINC, Charity worked for 15 years as a public school teacher and school counselor in Ohio. She managed a digital learning program for her district’s most at-risk students in middle and high schools. She has been coaching educators across the country and presenting instructional strategies that allow teachers to meet the needs of each student.
