Educators will explore and reflect upon their mindset and teaching practices when working with students and supporting behaviors that they find to be challenging. A comprehensive plan will be built around an identified student based on their assets and the behaviors they are exhibiting in order to better understand, celebrate, and enjoy within the learning environment.
