Carolyn Hanser is a dedicated educator working with others to build an equitable education for all students with a passion for empowering educators, students, and families. She is skilled in building and leading high-performing teams of committed educators and community partners to ensure systematic strength and authentic student success. Carolyn has fifteen years of experience as an educator, instructional leader, and transformation coach in various sectors of education- charter, public, and parochial schools in the state of New York and California. Carolyn is happily engaged in the EdTech ecosystem, currently working with LINC (The Learning Innovation Catalyst) as a Solutions Engineer supporting the pre-sales, sales, and client management processes of the organization. She works alongside the sales representatives to identify the customer’s needs and generate customized solutions, deliver product demonstrations, and support overall sales and customer success. Prior to joining the LINC team, Jen began her teaching career in the Dominican Republic where she taught 7th and 8th grade for two years. She then relocated to NYC where she taught 3rd and 4th grade and also served as an instructional coach for the Social Studies and Science Departments. She is a blended learning coach and presenter who works across the country with schools and teachers to transform teaching and learning through student-centered, innovative classrooms.
