She is skilled in building and leading high-performing teams of committed educators and community partners to ensure systematic strength and authentic student success. Carolyn has fifteen years of experience as an educator, instructional leader, and transformation coach in various sectors of education- charter, public, and parochial schools in the state of New York and California. Carolyn is happily engaged in the EdTech ecosystem, currently working with LINC (The Learning Innovation Catalyst) as a Solutions Engineer supporting the pre-sales, sales, and client management processes of the organization. She works alongside the sales representatives to identify the customer’s needs and generate customized solutions, deliver product demonstrations, and support overall sales and customer success.
