Using a LINCspring cycle to guide your professional development allows you to support your staff on that cycle’s skill or strategy in a collaborative, learner-centered approach that still ensures individual-level accountability. This template is a “plug and play” template that allows Professional Learning Community (PLC) facilitators (usually grade or content level leads) to own and leverage a LINCspring cycle to guide their PLC sessions.
